The Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) provides technical and marketing assistance to Wisconsin businesses interested in selling their products and services to the government. Our mission is to provide Wisconsin businesses the necessary tools to be competitive in the government marketplace.

Since its inception in 1988, BPAC has assisted Wisconsin businesses win over $5.1 billion dollars in contracts!

In FY11, from August 2011 - July 31, 2012, BPAC assisted 1,179 Wisconsin businesses win a total of $434.9 million in contract awards.  It is estimated that over 8,698 jobs were created and/or retained based on BPAC's assistance.
