The Campus Scheduling and Event Services staff is here to assist both internal and external customers with the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, performances, and a variety of other events at Madison College.
Employees of Madison College MUST use the internal web - then search for Event Services. All internal information and forms are at that location.

If you are interested in having food at your event, visit Catering to view our options and prices. Please note, Madison College Catering has FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL for all campus events. You will need to create an account to access their webpage and services. Also, Catering is a different department and not directly affiliated with Campus Scheduling and Event Services. Any questions should be directed to Auxiliary Services.
We are happy to assist you with any questions. However, with the volume of requests we receive, email works best as we have several people monitoring the in basket. Written documentation is also part of our procedure for tracking requests, changes, and issues. Depending on the time of year, our response time is generally within 1 - 2 business days. For your reference, the start and end of each semester are peak times for requests and events. Our response time can often double during those times of increased volume.
