Campus Scheduling and Event Services

Campus Scheduling and Event Services staff is here to assist both internal and external customers with the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, trainings, workshops, and a variety of other events at Madison College. If you are a Madison College employee, use our online event scheduling tool, 25Live, to tell us what you need for your event. 25Live is a web-based room scheduling and event publishing product used by the college. The software provides a centralized scheduling system and data repository for events at Madison College. The information you provide in 25Live will aid event staff with facilitating equipment and logistical support for your event.

Community Members External Customers

As a valued community member, if you would like Madison College to host an event, visit our Community Member Event Scheduling webpage to complete your reservation request.

Madison College Internal Customers

Employees of Madison College with a network ID should log into 25Live to reserve a classroom, meeting room, or other reservable space. 25Live is available to all permanent Madison College employees. An account is required to log into 25Live and can be requested via the 25Live Access Request Form. This form is also used to reset a password for those who already have a 25Live account. All new requests are placed in the Requester Basic security group. Prior to submitting your account request, we ask that you read and understand the scheduling guidelines and training guide listed in the Important Documents section. Your Affirmation is required as part of the 25Live account request form. Once your 25Live credentials are in place, visit the 25Live website to begin creating your event.

Catering Requests

If your event requires catering, you can use 25Live to help facilitate the process:

  1. Use the event request tool in 25Live to request your event and reserve a room. When prompted, please indicate you will be securing catering for your event. This helps our staff understand your event better.
  2. After the event and room location have been confirmed, visit the Catering Menu page of the Madison College website to complete your catering order.

  • Registration services: RSVP tracking, menu selections and payments
  • Ticket sales for special events and performances.
  • Conference packets including: name badges, receipts, programs, meal tickets, campus and community information
  • On-campus promotion for internal events; Matters, on-campus monitors, posters and directional signage

We are happy to assist you by email (link sends e-mail) if you have a question about your event. Written documentation of requests allows our schedulers to work most efficiently.

We are also happy to meet with you in person to discuss your event in greater detail. Madison College employees can request a meeting time with Corey Helser (D Helser) through Outlook. External customers may request a meeting through our Events email address.
