Palm Web OS device setup instructions - college email  accounts

  1. On the bottom of the Home screen, select the Email icon (the envelope) in the dock. The Add An Account screen will appear.
  2. On the new account screen, tap each item and enter the following information:
  3. When finished, select Sign In at the bottom of the screen.
  4. You will see the Unable To Sign In message. Select OK.
  5. At the bottom of the screen, select Manual Setup. The manual setup screen will appear.
  6. On this screen, enter the following information:
    Mail Type: Select Exchange (EAS)
    Email Address: your email address - yourUsername@madisoncollege.eduIncoming Mail Server: 
    • For Office 365 Student webmail - enter:
    • For OWA2010 enter:
    Domain: madisoncollege  
    Username: your email address - yourUsername@madisoncollege.eduPassword: your password
  7. Select Sign In.
