The Employment Success Program (E.S.P.) offers ongoing, one-on-one career and employment services to at-risk students. These services are provided at the Career and Employment Center (CEC) in Room A1003 at the TRUAX Campus. To find out more or to get involved, call 608-243-4598.

The Employment Success Program is funded by a Federal Perkins grant to serve students experiencing challenges to finding employment. To be eligible for services, students must be actively enrolled in a minimum of six credits in a technical course during the academic year and who is considered at-risk due to any of the following:
Past and/or current academic challenges that may include: GPA below 2.0 or on academic probation, dropped or failed any of our classes, not meeting program admission requirements
Experiencing other special situations that make completing your program or obtaining work opportunities without intervention, support services, or accommodation challenging.
