Madison College is a part of the Wisconsin Technical College System.  This school is in compliance with titles VI and VII of the 1964 civil rights act, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin; with title IX of the educational amendments acts of 1972, which prohibits the discrimination on the basis of sex; with the provisions of section 504 of the rehabilitation act of 1972 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of a handicap and with Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Career counseling and testing services are available to prospective students for assistance in selecting occupational training which is compatible with their own needs, interests and abilities.  All applicants are strongly encouraged to pursue any training program they feel is right for them, regardless of whether the program has been traditionally viewed as exclusively for males or females.  All of Madison College’s programs are open to qualified applicants.

Madison College is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools’ Commission on Institutions of Higher Education.  The College offers programs leading to Applied Associate Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates.
