Executive Leadership Team

Is a team of students that is the representative body for all Madison College Clubs, the ELT offers programs and resources that encourage fellowship within the club system and the individual clubs. The students in ELT also make decisions and improvements on club policies and procedures.

The following are the titles and a very brief job description of the ELT positions: 

ELT President- The ELT president will lead the ELT team and ensure there is communication between ELT and the clubs.  This person is responsible for creating the meeting agendas and leading the meetings, appointing and establishing any necessary committees, developing the team’s goals and the representative on behalf of all the clubs at the Student Activities Board.

Office Manager - The ELT leader is responsible for creating the meeting agendas and leading the meetings, appointing and establishing any necessary committees, developing the team's goals and the representative on behalf of all the clubs at the Student Activities Board.


VP of Leadership  - The officer in this position coordinates all leadership activities and programs for the club members.


VP of Service  - The officer in this position coordinates activities that promote volunteerism and community service and reports on the club service.


VP of  Fellowship - The officer in this position encourages scholarly fellowship at all levels for clubs and implements strategies to increase club involvement.


VP Public Relations - The prime responsibility of this position is to publicize the clubs, ELT and their activities.

VP of Finance - The treasurer is responsible for the club's budget and the club funding requests.

  

How to Join the ELT

Students who are interested in being an ELT member must represent an Madison College club of which they are a member. The positions are stipend-based positions and may earn up to $400 per semester for their work.   If you are interested in being on the ELT, email clubs at clubs@madisoncollege.edu or contact Lori Erickson, Clubs Coordinator, at (608) 246-6797.
