The OneCard is your campus ID card. Madison College requires students to carry a student ID at all times when on campus for safety and security. You can get a OneCard at the Truax Campus Room 140. At the Downtown Campus Room D116, or your regional campus office.
The card is free but you must be enrolled in at least one degree credit course, have no past due balance on your account, and show a current state-issued ID (Driver's License, Military ID, or Passport).
Your OneCard can be used at many places on campus - it can be used to purchase and rent books from all Madison College Campus Bookstores; to access a 10% savings on all food purchases at all campus dining areas; to ride the shuttle; to check out library materials; and to receive a bus pass. Olivia's Gift Shop will offer a 10% savings when you show the cashier your card. The OneCard can also be used at the Fitness Center and at the Downtown Campus Salon.
Money can be added by any cashier in the dining areas or you can look for the handy machine in the hallway at the Truax campus. You can add money to your account using your credit card or cash. A minimum deposit of $10 is required to activate your account-additional money can be added at any time with $10 or more.
If your OneCard is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the Student Life office at by calling (608) 246-6224. You are liable for any loss incurred prior to proper notification. A lost or stolen OneCard may be replaced for $10.00 by visiting the Student Life office in Madison or the main office at any Regional campus. Remember to treat your OneCard the same as cash.
Money in your OneCard account at the end of the semester is non-refundable. The money will rollover from semester to semester.
