Group Fitness Classes

Join us to practice easy techniques for peace of mind and overall well-being. Chairs and floor cushions are provided. No registration required; just drop in when it works in your schedule. This is free 30 minute class open to anyone who is interested. All classes will be held in room 131 in the Health Education Building.Schedule:

- Wednesdays 12:00-12:30 Guided Mindfulness Practice

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30am. No pre-registration required, but participants must purchase a membership or day pass to participate in the class.
Couch to 5k:
Couch to 5K is a gentle introduction to running. We start
by alternating between walking and running to slowly build
strength and endurance. After nine weeks, you will be ready
to run the Turkey Trot 5K race on November 1st. The group trains together
once per week and you must complete two weekly trainings
on your own. No running experience necessary.
What: 9-week walking & running program
Cost for employees and students is $30
excludes 5K race fee
When: Two options - choose Thursdays or Fridays
Who: For anyone who wants to get active!
