Yoga:A physical practice that involves flow or moving with the breath series along with the holding of poses for balance and strength. The practice also includes learning breathing techniques and techniques for controlling thoughts and focus. Aspects of therapeutic yoga are also included. 55-minute class. All yoga classes will be held in room 131 in the Health Education Building.
