Join us to practice easy techniques for peace of mind and overall well-being. Chairs and floor cushions are provided. No registration required; just drop in when it works in your schedule. This is free and open to anyone who is interested. All classes will be held in room 131 in the Health Education Building.Schedule: Wednesdays at 12:00pm.
