Gallery Exhibit Request Form

We are currently inviting applications for the 2017-2018 academic year exhibitions.  All Truax Gallery Requests are due by March 1st, 2017 for the upcoming academic year and final decisions will be made by our committee March 31st 2017.

Supporting visuals are required to be considered for a show. A PowerPoint presentation or one file containing of all of your images is the easiest to view them by committee. If your file is larger than 2MB please send your file to the email addresses provided above. We look forward to reviewing your submission. Please note, all show ideas are decided on by committee.
Most shows are 4-6 weeks long with a week vacant before and after for take down and installation. All work must remain in the gallery during this time.
What is your budget for this event? Examples of costs: Printing posters invitations, mail box flyers, catering for openings, design work.
Please note any special needs or requests for your show.
Please supply a general inventory of materials to be included in the show with dimensions, you will be asked to provide supporting visuals. You can combine this information into one document and submit below or email to the contacts listed above.
