Madison College Bulletin Boards

Within Truax and the Downtown Education Center (DTEC) are classified bulletin boards. These include sublets, leases and roommate information.

The Truax board is located in the hallway by the salon and Culinary Arts bakery window. The DTEC board is located on the first floor of the building next to the Information and Enrollment Counter.

Madison Area Technical College is a commuter college. The Truax Campus is located near major highways and is easily reached from most parts of the district. Parking costs are modest. Madison Metro buses provide service to the Truax Campus and to the Capitol Square (one block from the Downtown Education Center at 211 North Carroll Street). Madison students taking at least one paid credit can use their OneCard for free rides on Madison Metro. Riders should check their local bus routes and schedules to determine if they will need to transfer at one of the four transfer points to get to the Capitol Square or Truax Campus. Check a Madison Metro map or call Madison Metro at (608) 266-4466 for routes and schedules.
