The Madison College Campus Community Team is a cross functional group of business unit representatives convened for the on-going general purpose of maintaining and supporting updates to the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Campus Community module. Additionally the team will serve as a sounding board for the impacts of proposed changes in other PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules under the philosophy of “maximizing the college’s investment in PeopleSoft”. As part of its operational charge, in addition to reviewing the requests for development and setup changes, the Campus Community Team will also provide relative prioritization of related development efforts.
The Campus Community module is foundational to the setup of individuals and organizations within PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions. This module is used to create, update, maintain, and track information about the records for the individuals and organizations that comprise the college's community.
