Enrollment Management provides well-planned strategies and tactics to shape the enrollment of an institution and meet established goals to move the college into its strategic future. This role oversees Marketing & Creative Services, Public Relations & Communications, and recruitment and outreach for the college. This role also oversees the Madison Metro campuses (West, South and Downtown).
Diane Walleser, the Vice President of Enrollment Management provides the visionary leadership for this area's functions as well as provides oversight to the college's strategic planning, performance monitoring, and accreditation processes.
Enrollment Management provides services to Madison Area Technical College that advance the college mission through marketing and communications and support of student services through the intake process while leading college strategy through its planning and continuous improvement process.

The position manages the strategic planning processes of the college under the direction of the President and ensures that college processes and procedures are in alignment with learning college principles. In addition, the position provides coaching, mentoring, and facilitation of team participation for all staff in the Strategic Advancement department.

This position assists the Vice President of Enrollment Management and is responsible for office management and administrative support for the area. The position facilitates project improvement teams, manages special projects for the office and maintains and coordinates documents related to AQIP and accreditation.
