Employee Handbook

Madison College (College) is pleased to provide you with the Employee Handbook (Handbook).

This Handbook is intended to provide you with general guidance about our current rules and operating procedures, and the benefits we currently offer to eligible employees. We hope it will serve as a useful resource for you during your employment with us. The Handbook applies to all employees of the College. It is the duty and the responsibility of every employee to be aware of and abide by the existing rules and operating procedures.

The Handbook provides general information to all employees and contains specific information depending on your employment type (i.e., part-time faculty, full-time faculty, paraprofessional and school-related personnel [PSRP], administrative staff). In addition, wherever possible, this Handbook provides links to specific policies and web pages for the most updated information.

As a condition of employment, all employees are expected to thoroughly read, familiarize, and comply with the contents of this Handbook, as it may answer many questions about employment with the College. From time to time, you may receive updated information concerning the Handbook, and you are expected to familiarize yourself with the updated information.
