Permits will be issued by the Parking Office when processed.
If you are an Administrator, in addition to completing this application form, we request that you fill out an Administrative Parking Application in order to be considered for administrative parking. Without this application (even if you have filled out one previously), you will not be considered for administrative parking. Administrative Parking is limited. Please fill out the application and return the completed form to Security Services, Rm. 117, TRUAX.
Again, don’t forget to submit both forms.
Permits are transferable between vehicles
Two Employee Parking Permits are issued at NO COST to the Employee.
