Employee Recognition Programs

Madison College values excellence, respect, and integrity in all we do as individuals and as an institution.  Our values are intended to foster individual employee behaviors to advance our mission of meeting learner needs.

Madison Area Technical College’s richest resources are our faculty and staff.  All of us share the goal of providing excellent educational opportunities for our students and quality service and support to each other.  Some contributions are remarkable and have made our college stronger and a better place to work.  We all know individuals who inspire us:  those who are enthusiastic in what they do and waste neither the time nor the opportunity to accomplish astonishing things.  We all work with teams who make incredible things occur or work to solve problems and make Madison College a richer place for our learners.  Now is your chance to help us recognize those individuals and teams.
