Grading Policies
Grade Reports
Grades are due within five (5) days of the last day of the class. Final Grades can be viewed and printed using an activated student account myMadisonCollege Student Center. Once posted, final grades will appear on an unofficial and/or official transcript.
Grade Points
A = 4 points
AB = 3.5 points
B = 3 points
BC = 2.5 points
C = 2 points
D = 1 points
F = 0 points
I = Incomplete
W = Withdrawal
AU = Audit
Nondegree Grades/Codes
S = Satisfactory
U = Unsatisfactory
P = Pass (basic education courses)
NG = Not Graded (community service courses)
How to View Grades
You can view grades by logging into myMadisonCollege. To view your grades, click on the Grades link under Academic History. You will need to select the proper term (e.g. Fall 2009-2010) and the correct Academic Career. The Degree Career will show grades for classes that carry college credit. The Non-Degree Career will show grades for classes that do not carry college credit.
