Grants & Special Projects

The Office of Grants and Special Projects was developed as a resource for faculty, staff and administrators with the purpose of providing support in obtaining grant funds for innovative college programming. Our department creates opportunities to achieve the academic and strategic goals of the college and to ensure the success of students from recruitment through retention.

Support provided by the Grants Office includes:

  • Assisting faculty in the idea generation process
  • Identifying potential sources of grant funding
  • Collaborating with faculty in the development of grant proposals
  • Maintaining grant records and ensuring appropriate approvals are secured and documented
  • Facilitating performance reporting, budget revisions, and other grant compliance activities

All Madison College grant proposals are submitted to the funding agency by a member of the Grants Office staff. Those interested in submitting a grant proposal are encouraged to contact one of our knowledgeable grant development staff.
