This Spring's Healthy Weight Challenge is an 8-week challenge for Madison College employees. Recruit fitness buddies at work to help overcome the common challenges associated with eating healthier and adding exercise into your daily life.

  1. Set a goal. Do you want to lose inches or pounds? Or gain muscle? Or maintain your healthy weight?
  2. Register online for the Challenge* (registration is currently closed)
  3. Add healthy lifestyle activities to each day: eat better, move more, get free health & wellness coaching, or join a support group like Lighten Up!**
  4. Track your progress via paper log, mobile app, or electronic log.
  5. Complete quizzes to win prizes!
