You cannot use Workday to add or change beneficiaries. Please complete the beneficiary designation form ET-2320 and send it directly to Employee Trust Funds (ETF).
Life insurance is offered to eligible employees when employment begins. For one times the annual salary, the College pays 90% and the employee pays 10% of the premium. The employee may purchase up to 3 times the annual salary. The employee may also purchase dependent (5k) and spouse (10k) coverage.
