Madison College MomsMadison College is proud to support working mothers and moms-to-be. Several resources are available for moms to connect and support each other.

Upcoming Meetings for Moms:

  • Stay tuned for announcements about future meetings. Email Tina Rettler-Pagel if you would like to be on the email list.
  • Examples of future meeting topics: breastfeeding/nursing, child development stages, colds/flu/allergies, infant & child massage, nutrition for mom & baby, resilience & stress management, work/life balance, product reviews, classes & support groups, family wills and trusts, etc.

Mothers' Rooms - Private Spaces for Lactation:
Employees and students who need to express milk on campus should contact Public Safety at (608) 246-6932 to request access to the following private areas:

  • Truax Main Building, Room C2410, second floor
  • Health Education Building, Room 321, third floor
  • Protective Services Building, Room 170, first floor
  • Other campus locations: please ask at the front desk

About the Madison College Moms Group: This group is open to any Madison College community member with an active OneCard.  Participation in the group is open to all parents, however most of the topics and discussion are geared towards moms with children ages three and under.
