On March 21 a new on-line Position Requisition Process (PRP) replaced the paper Position Justification Form.  This process communicates information pertaining to all full time positions as well as permanent part time PSRP positions. You will find this on-line form helpful for requesting to fill current or upcoming position vacancies, modifying existing positions, and many other scenarios.
