Technology Services is responsible for Madison Area Technical College's technology needs.

The Technology Services Help Desk is your first point of contact if you need assistance, if you would like to request a technology project, or if you would like help ordering equipment. The Help Desk is  the single point of contact for all technology related services and support.

What happens when you call the Help Desk?

Your call is immediately logged into our service system, and your request is sent to the unit in Technology Services that can best help with your problem, project, or other technology need.
