IRE Work Request Form

 

College Employees: In order to better support all business units within the college, Institutional Research & Effectiveness (IRE) has streamlined our work request process. This form is intended to be the single point of entry for IRE work requests from College units.

A variety of information can be accessed through our website or Self-Service reports and cubes from Madison College's Cognos Reporting System.

To submit a work request, please complete the form below. When you submit the request, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement from the system. If you experience any technical difficulty with this form, please contact ire[at]madisoncollege [dot] edu (IRE).

External entities: Please contact Carolyn Jarrett, Madison College Legal Counsel at cjarrett[at]madisoncollege [dot] edu, for the process to get data as part of the open records law.   

Students: Please contact the Office of Learner Success or the Office of Learner Development for the process to obtain information.

IMPORTANT: For Optimal Customer Service, please give us two weeks advance notice so we can slot your request into our work schedule. We will review the feasibility of this date with you. When you submit the request, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement from the system.
