Human Relations (1 credit)
Preclinical (2 credits)
Clinical Experience (3 credits)

Note: The Program Director will send you the appropriate forms for the experiential credits at the end of semester 2. You must document sufficient work experience to earn the credit; if you do not have sufficient work experience additional course work would be required for graduation.

Following the above plan you would be eligible to sit for the Optometric Technician Certification Examination (CPOT) given by the Commission on Paraoptometric Certification during the 4th semester.
