From the top of the Madison College homepage, select myMadisonCollege.

Enter your username and password; click sign in.

Click on the Student Center icon.

From your Student Center, select the Order a Parking Permit link from under the Finances heading.

Read the parking permit request information carefully.

• Only the Truax and Commercial avenue campuses require a permit. Degree credit students with classes meeting at Madison campus have the parking permit fee included in their Commuter Services supplemental fee. Non-degree or non-Madison-campus degree students will be required to purchase a parking permit for $25 for the term. Permits must be reordered each term, including summer.

• Financial Aid students who use the online request service authorize their financial aid to cover their parking cost. Students who do not want their financial aid to cover this cost must pay the fee in person prior to receiving a permit.

• Parking permits ordered online may be picked up from the Public Safety Office, room 117 at the Truax Campus (608) 246-6031.

• If you need a permit immediately, visit the Public Safety Services office, as vehicles without proper permits will be ticketed. There is no grace period for parking at the beginning of the term, so students are encouraged to obtain a permit in advance.

Select the term and check the Parking Permit checkbox.

Click process order to complete your request.
