Mission Statement

The Risk Management and Environmental Health and Safety department supports the mission of the College by providing comprehensive risk management services that contribute to the health, safety, and protection of employees, students and visitors and to the protection of the College's capital and financial resources. 


To support this mission, the Risk / EHS department is charged with the overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and promoting risk management and environmental health and safety. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incident Investigation

• Worker Compensation

• Insurance Coverage

• Chemical And Biological Waste Management

• Agreement / Contract Review

• Ergonomics

• Driver Authorization

• Emergency Mitigation

• Material Safety Data Sheet / Safety Data Sheets

• Miscellaneous Training
