Walking Routes

Walking during work breaks is a great way to boost your energy and mood during the day. Even ten minutes of exercise three times per day can have similar health benefits as a 30-minute cardio workout.

Keep a pair of walking shoes at your desk and find a walking buddy to share the quick energy boost.
