Process:

  1. Complete and submit this application. This form must be submitted every semester in which you intend to take classes.
  2. After college approval, you can register for the course. You will be required to pay tuition and any associated fees at registration.
  3. At completion of the course you will be required to submit an account/billing statement (indicating tuition has been paid) and a final grade report/transcript (C or better to receive reimbursement). Please provide the information as to who should receive the reimbursement (you or school district).
  4. Reimbursement processed.
