Academic Improvement Plan

You are being asked to complete the Academic Improvement Plan (AIP) in order for us to assess any challenges or barriers standing in your way of academic success. Based on your submission, we will define specific actions that you can take to help overcome your identified obstacles, and we will connect you to various resources that will empower you to take control of your education.

We are here to assist you and support you, from now until you graduate! 

This self-evaluation survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
