Madison College Shuttles
In July 2020, student leaders on the Student Activities Board voted to suspend shuttle service for Fall Semester 2020. Supplemental fees decreased, accordingly, for degree-credit students taking classes at Madison-based, Madison College campuses. This action was taken in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic and consequent decrease in face-to-face, on-campus courses. Education and enrollment remains strong with online and hybrid-classes. Conversations regarding shuttle service for Fall Semester 2021 are currently underway and will be communicated here as soon as decisions are made.
The shuttle service was established in 2010 by the Student Senate and is coordinated by Commuter Services, which is promoted by Student Life. Shuttle service is funded by the Commuter Services Fee, managed by student leaders on the Student Activities Board. The shuttle program has provided over 850,000 rides for Madison College students.
