Our Difference

We use a blended approach to learning, combining the use of outstanding on-line modules, instructor led classes, and applied project work. Participants learn at their own pace and time while completing the on-line modules. The on-line modules can be viewed as many times as participants like within a six month window and the on-line modules have check-points so participants can assess their knowledge retention. The instructor led portions emphasize key topics, provide hands-on exercises, and address how the participants may use in their workplace and environment. The applied project work is facilitated by the instructor and provides participants with a practical, hands-on experience, working with a project of their choosing and of value in their workplace. This approach not only solidifies learning but provides for an immediate return on investment.
