The Facilities Master Plan assesses the learning environment, promotes long-term vision, maximizes facilities utilization, and considers the needs of all stakeholders. An annual Fiscal Year (FY) evaluation of the long-range facilities master plan and its progress will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for review prior to the start of the fall semester of the following FY.

Purpose:
Madison College’s campuses must be regularly evaluated as to location, adequacy and suitability to carry out the College’s mission.

The Vice President of Administrative Services/Chief Financial Officer will administer and implement the policy. The president’s designee, the Facilities Planning and Investment Council, develops the Facilities Master Plan and guides the work of any third party consultants.
