The Federal Direct Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) is an optional loan taken out by the parent of a dependent student only. The student must be enrolled in at least six (6) financial aid eligible credits.

Instructions

To be completed in this order:

The student must apply for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The parent must complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN).
The parent must complete the form below (Student Information, Parent (Borrower) Information, Loan Information, AND Verification).
