Housing Options

A safe, affordable and comfortable place to live is key to school success. Madison College is primarily a commuter school, and therefore does not have dorms or residence halls. Fortunately, there is plenty of housing available close to each campus, from small efficiencies to multi-bedroom apartments to whole houses.

Many students also find online housing search tools, such as PadMapper, Trulia and Zillow, to be useful.

There are also plenty of transportation and parking options available for traveling back and forth between school and your new home. Students enrolled in a degree credit class are eligible for a Madison Metro bus pass, which can be picked up in the Student Life office of our Truax, Downtown or South campuses.
