Lean/Six Sigma Certificate

Lean/Six Sigma provides a process and method for improving an organization's performance. This may involve improving an organization's supplier relationships, improving production, reducing inventories and waste, or improving internal systems and processes. Lean/Six Sigma provides a set of tools that can be used to essentially improve all aspects of an organization, whether internal or external, whether production or office, whether service industry, government, health care, insurance, finance, education, or manufacturing.

Students start with a certification project, complete the Yellow Belt series of training courses to earn a Yellow Belt certification, and can continue with additional coursework to pursue the Green Belt certification. These courses use a blended approach of sophisticated on-line modules and classroom instruction.
