During the Fall and Spring semesters, Madison College offers free yoga and meditation practice sessions for students, employees and community members.

Meditation for Stress Relief
These 30-minute drop-in guided meditations are free and open to the first 25 people. Learn fast, easy, practical techniques to focus the mind, relieve anxiety, bounce back after stressful situations, and feel strong and calm under pressure.
- Mondays from 12 - 12:30 p.m. in the Health Education Building, Room 131
- Thursdays from 12 - 12:30 p.m. online via Zoom Webcast
Gentle Yoga For Stress Relief
These drop-in classes are free and open to the first 25 people. This is a gentle beginner yoga class that focuses on joint stability, safe range of motion, and deep relaxation. Please contact Lisa Lanting with any questions.
- Tuesdays from 4:45 - 5:45 p.m. in the Health Education Building, Room 131
- Fridays from 1 - 1:30 p.m. in the Truax main building, room B2213
If you would like to practice on your own, you can reserve the Reflection Room through Student Life for 15 minutes at a time.
