Mindfulness Practice

During the Fall and Spring semesters, Madison College offers mindfulness practice sessions and retreats for students, employees and community members.

Mindfulness means bringing your awareness to the present moment. Consistent mindfulness practice can have a powerful effect on calming, healing, learning, mood, sleep, energy and relationships.

Fall Practice Groups at Madison College:

  • Mondays (Truax): 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Health Education Building, Room 131
  • Tuesdays (Downtown): 1:30 - 1:50 p.m., Room D302
  • Wednesdays (Truax): 12 - 12:30 p.m., Health Education Building, Room 131
