Cybersecurity program earns national honor

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. National Security Agency have designated Madison College as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education.

Only two Wisconsin two-year colleges earned the designation. The list of  272 Centers across the country includes the U.S Naval Academy, The Citadel, and the U.S. Air Force Academy. Designated two-year, four-year, and graduate level institutions must meet stringent criteria. a.
