Retired Madison College instructor involved in COVID-19 poster project

Madison College instructor creates Coronavirus poster.

Public information posters (think WWII) have long been a part of history. During the next ten weeks, the Wisconsin Historical Society is featuring artists and their representation and expression of the coronavirus pandemic.

One of those artists is retired Madison College instructor Jim McKiernan, who created the poster to your left. Posters designed by Wisconsin artists during the COVID-19 pandemic will become part of the collections at the Society where they can be used by future generations.
