For safety purposes, Madison College requires students to always carry a student ID when on campus. Your ID card is called the OneCard.
In addition to being your student ID for the next five years, your OneCard has other benefits.
- Save 10% on food purchases at any Madison College dining facility.
- Acts as your library card at Madison College libraries.
- Access to the Traux campus Student Health Care Services Clinic and fitness center.
- Your proof of eligibility to receive a Madison Metro Bus Pass and ride the Shuttle.
- Your ticket to many school-sponsored activities and sporting events.
To obtain a OneCard you must
- Be enrolled in at least one credit course (degree or non-degree).
- Present a Valid Photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
- The OneCard is a valid form of identification and will use your legal name.
How to get a printed OneCard:
- Complete the OneCard Registration Form.
- Stop into one of the following campus locations:
- Truax Student Life Office - Room B1260
- Goodman South Student Life Office - Room 109
- Commercial Avenue Campus - Main Office
- Fort Atkinson Campus - Main Office
- Watertown Campus - Main Office
- Portage Campus - Main Office
- Reedsburg Campus - Main Office
How to get a virtual OneCard
If you already have a physical OneCard
- Click button below
- Select Display Virtual ID from menu
- Click Save to Phone (using Apple Wallet or Google Pay)
If you do not have a physical OneCard
- Click button below
- Select Photo Upload and follow the prompts.
- You will receive an email once approved
- Select Display Virtual ID from menu
- Click Save to Phone (using Apple Wallet or Google Pay)
Help! I lost my OneCard!
If your OneCard has been lost or stolen, report it immediately to facilities by emailing jluthanen@madisoncollege.edu or by calling 608.243.4219. You also should report it as lost or stolen through the Virtual ID portal.
The replacement fee for a lost or stolen OneCard is $5.00.
If it has been over two years since you received your last OneCard, the fee will be waived.
You can have your OneCard replaced by visiting the office that issued the card.
