Certificate of Production & Inventory Management (CPIM)

APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) is the leading professional association for supply chain and operations management and the premier provider of education and certification programs that elevate end-to-end supply chain excellence. The APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) program provides you with the ability to understand and evaluate production and inventory activities within a company's global operations and effectively manage global supply chain activities.

APICS has recently reconfigured this certification program to better serve the needs of the supply chain workforce. The new CPIM configuration streamlines the preparation and exam process to help experienced supply chain professionals master the essential production and inventory concepts in a more effective and efficient manner, replacing the previous five modules with only two. Madison College will continue to provide exam preparation courses aligned with the new CPIM program.
