The Sales Academy Certificate is designed to help you enhance your marketing talents by updating and/or broadening your selling skills. Our instructors have real-world business experience and can help guide you on the path to selling success. They will help you learn about retail management, business-to-business sales and the selling process, including qualifying prospects, preparing presentations, handling objections, closing a sale and post-sale service and follow-up.
Students in the Sales Academy Certificate can attend full or part time.
