The Social Media certificate program at Madison College will help you manage social media more effectively. This certificate was created with you—a marketing, web design and development, graphic design, visual communications/media design or customer service professional—in mind.  

You will learn effective search engine optimization, accessibility, analytics and content strategy, as well as create your own mobile marketing campaign that will investigate geomarketing, localized marketing and designing for mobile media across a variety of platforms.

You are required to have basic computer skills before applying; however, there are no prerequisite classes for this certificate.
