Earn your Automated Manufacturing Systems Technology associate degree from Madison College. You’ll work hands-on with the latest equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial robots in our state-of-the-art Ingenuity Center.

Earn industry certification from FANUC Robotics.
Thanks to Madison College's partnership agreement with FANUC America (Robotics), MATC is one of only a few institutions in the nation to be part of FANUC's Factory Authorized Satellite Training (F.A.S.T.) program, delivering FANUC curriculum and certificates to students. Automation students can earn up to four unique FANUC certifications as part of the Certified Education Robotics Training (CERT) program.
Earn industry certification from Rockwell Automation.
Madison College's partnership agreement with Rockwell Automation (RA) provides you the opportunity to earn Rockwell Automation-approved certificates. The AMST program at Madison College is the first and only program in the nation authorized by Rockwell Automation to deliver RA-certified curriculum and award the Associate Rockwell Automation ControlLogix Maintainer certificate. The median wage of manufacturing engineering technicians in the Madison College District is $32.52 per hour.
