Basic Life Support Provider CPR is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

Safe Sitter® is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The Instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. This course includes friends and family CPR, and please note that students do not get certified in CPR. Students must have completed 5th grade.

All participants are asked to bring their own lunch.
