Pride Month at Madison College is all about celebrating and strengthening the LGBTQ+ community.

To spread some love, the Sexuality and Gender Advocates (SAGA) displayed posters and banners across Madison College campuses in Madison, Fort Atkinson, Reedsburg, Portage, and Watertown.

Madison College is a proud ally and advocate of the LGBTQ+ community year-round.

The Sexuality and Gender Advocates (SAGA) affinity group invites all employees from any background to promote, support, and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community within Madison College. SAGA is a place for queer (and ally) Wolfpack to feel safe, seen, and be in the community at Madison College. The group provides a place to share resources, develop community partnerships, and advocate for the success of LGBTQIA+ Wolfpack students, faculty, and staff.

The LGBTQIA+ student club Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) is an active and supportive community space at Madison College. GSA brings students of all sexual and gender identities together to learn, network, and gain resources.

Madison College students who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community can apply for the Rainbow Scholarship. The fund, available through the generous support of QBE North America, awards up to three $750 scholarships each semester to high school students planning to attend Madison College or currently enroll students who identify as part of the LGBT community (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, non-binary, asexual, or ally). Find more information on the Madison College Foundation website.

Madison College is proud to support the LGBTQ community with resources and training across its Madison and regional campuses. Happy Pride Month!
