MOSAIC
Mentoring Outstanding Scholars And Igniting Community (MOSAIC) is a community where high-promise students benefit from professional mentorship and feel a sense of support and belonging through:
- Specialized advising and success coaching
- Peer support
- Professional mentoring
- Workshops and events
- Volunteer and leadership opportunities
Any student who meets the following requirements is welcome to join:
- In any two-year degree program
- Has a six-credit and 2.0 GPA minimum
- Willing to connect with a mentor
Mentor Connect
Madison College Mentor Connect matches community, faculty and staff members with students to focus on professional and personal growth. Both partners are encouraged to listen with empathy, share experiences and develop a better understanding of themselves and others. Through this supportive process, mentees learn to take action toward self-driven goals.

TRIO
The TRIO Program at Madison College supports U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents who are first-generation college students, income-eligible students under federal guidelines, and students with a documented disability.
TRIO support services include:
- Tutoring
- Academic and transfer advising
- Academic success coaching
- Holistic, supportive study skill development
- Enrichment workshops that focus on fostering academic growth
- Connections to college and community resources
- A welcoming community of peers
- FAFSA information and application assistance
- Financial literacy development
- Scholarship eligibility for students receiving the Pell Grant
TOPS/TOPS+
The TOPS College Success program exists in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County.
We support graduates of the AVID/TOPS program from any of the four Madison high schools (East, LaFollette, Memorial, West). Students who participated in AVID/TOPS programs at other high schools are not eligible for Madison College’s TOPS College Success program.

Success Coaching
All students at Madison College have access to a Student Success Coach.
Success coaches are your partners in developing skills to help you become a stronger student. They can help you:
- Find and use campus resources
- Develop study skills and habits
- Build your motivation and confidence
- Manage your time
- Create plans to meet your goals
