Taking Charge of your Health

If you think college means too little sleep, too much junk food, not enough exercise and ignoring your well-being, we’ve got news for you.

Taking care of yourself is as important as taking care of your studies. That’s why we make it easy for students to stay active, eat healthy and access needed health and wellness services.
