Madison College nursing students in high demand

The pandemic has increased the need for nurses in our area.

“Their job prospects are amazing, but they’re juggling a lot,” Madison College nursing instructor Kerri Kliminski told Channel 15. 

Madison College has nearly 400 nursing students at its campuses in Madison, Reedsburg and Watertown/Fort Atkinson. Kliminski told the TV station the college's "Biggest challenge has been providing our experiential component of education. So getting students into those clinical environments and having them provide direct hands on patient care.”
