Due to the high demand for the Driver’s License Recovery and Expungement Clinics, dates and times have been established to assist students and community members. Please complete the form at “Request Legal Assistance” to attend one of these Clinics or to receive assistance with any other legal issue.
- Tuesday, January 19: 1-4 p.m.
- Thursday, February 18: 2-5 p.m.
Driver's License Recovery:

- Tuesday, February 24: 1-4 p.m.
Legal issues can be a big obstacle for students and other community members. They can interfere with success in school and undermine family well-being. As an inclusive resource hub in our community, Madison College hosts a free legal clinic providing advice to students and our neighbors.
The free Legal Clinic at Madison College is sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin and is staffed by several Madison-area partner organizations. The clinic can help with legal issues like:
- Child Support and Family Law
- Consumer Protection
- Criminal Records
- Driver's License Restoration
- Rental Housing
- Unemployment Compensation
- Victim of Crime
