Construction and Remodeling Facility Ribbon Cutting and Open House

Join us for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house to celebrate the official opening of Madison College’s new facility for our Construction and Remodeling program in the Truax North Building.

3:30 – 4 pm Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony | Woodshop (Room 110)
Speakers will share brief remarks before the ribbon cutting. Refreshments will be served afterward.

4 – 6 pm Open House | Tours start in the Construction Shop (Room 111A)
The open house features guided tours of our state-of-the-art, 30,000-square-foot facility.

• Explore the workshops and lab, where students gain hands-on experience with the same tools and equipment they’ll operate on worksites.
• Tours will also visit classrooms, the computer lab and common areas.
• Meet with program instructors for insights on Construction and Remodeling careers and training.
• Be there at the start of the open house for a chance to see our students in action!

Free parking will be available in the parking lots adjacent to the Truax North Building.
